[PRO] Prequalification’s, Loan Programs, and LSU’s
The first step in working with a buyer is getting them pre-qualified. What is involved in this process? What are the different type of loan programs available? What do you need to know about them in order to write the offer?
What if the buyer does not qualify? Are there services available to assist them with cleaning up their credit so they can qualify in the future?
