In this class we will show you how to use RPR (Realtors Property Resource), a tool available to you through NAR, to create a professional looking and detailed report to present your pricing analysis to the Seller. You will learn how to create a Sales Comparison Analysis report which will include comparable sales, adjustments, neighborhood details, as well as a wealth of other information on the area and properties.
